There will be more. Although it will take a while now. Rendering in this quality, never achieved before, reveals hidden local errors which need to be taken care of.
Looks like I'll finally need to re-do the head hair from scratch. Not even to change the haircut shape, which is fine, but to change the hair behavior. This setup was done awfully long ago and doesn't cooperate with the current implementation of hair flow simulator. Producing wisps that go wrong way here and there.
Seems like a lingering 'bug', not tied to the program, but to the contents of my file, specifically to the hair. Also causes (infrequent) crashes and other glitches. Should have re-done that hair long ago, but I was waiting till the ever-changing feature set of the Cycles renderer pertaining to hair stabilizes for a while. Now it seems to be the time.

Aw man you made this in blender? I'm so jealous... Do you know if it came with models/model bases for characters like these or did you have to make everything from scratch...?
